1. Agreement to these terms
By using Curve (this website), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
2. What Curve provides
Curve offers free AP score calculators, unit-by-unit Progress Check walkthroughs, concept explainers, and writing tools. Everything is provided for general educational purposes only.
3. Estimates only — not official scores
Our score calculators produce estimates based on publicly available, historical College Board cut scores. They are not official, not guaranteed, and may differ from your actual results. Only the College Board issues official AP scores. Don’t make decisions that depend on an exact score based solely on our estimate.
4. Not affiliated with the College Board
AP® and Advanced Placement® are registered trademarks of the College Board. Curve is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. Any references to “AP” are for identification and educational purposes only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale; or use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Academic integrity
Curve provides explanations and walkthroughs to help you learn — never official answer keys. You are responsible for following your school’s and the College Board’s rules. See our Academic Integrity page for where we draw the line.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of Curve (excluding third-party trademarks such as AP®) belong to Curve and may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without our written permission.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curve and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site, including any reliance on a score estimate.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Governing law
